As a Developer Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading the email production team and ensuring the successful execution of email marketing campaigns. Your focus will be on maintaining quality, timeliness, and driving continuous improvements in the production process.
**Position Responsibilities:**
- Manage end-to-end email campaign production process
- Lead production team consisting of HTML developers and QA/Workflow specialists
- Maintain delivery timeline and ensure quality of final assets
- Act as the offshore production point of contact
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
- Manage the localization process and operational reporting
- Drive efficiency and process innovation within the team
**Qualifications:**
**Minimum Qualifications:**
- 7+ years of experience in marketing automation and operations, 3+ years in marketing automation platforms
- 2+ years of experience managing a team of email developers and QA analysts
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation and targeting
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Strong communication skills and experience presenting to stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Certification in marketing automation tools
- Familiarity with using GenAI for email marketing content and optimization
