Job Description
As a Team Leader Sales (Real Estate) based in Noida, your role will involve leading, guiding, and motivating a team of Sales Executives / Telecallers. You will be working on verified leads provided by the company and ensuring regular calling, follow-ups, and client engagement by the team. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling client meetings, accompanying customers for site visits, taking ownership of deal closures, and achieving monthly sales targets. It will be your duty to train and develop team members to enhance productivity and performance, track daily performance, and maintain proper sales reports. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive repeat and referral business will also be a key part of your responsibilities.
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum 4-15+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales
- Prior experience in team handling is required
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude
