Process: - Coordinating with data owners across departments to ensure data accessibility, integration, and quality. - Evaluating and recommending emerging technologies for data management, storage, and analytics. - Leading the design, development, and maintenance of complex data systems and solutions. - Establishing data quality metrics and overseeing end-to-end data lifecycle management activities. - Ensuring adherence to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with all applicable regulatory standards. - Implementing resource and back-up planning for analytics teams to ensure business continuity and consistent delivery of insights to stakeholders. - Leading and implementing operational excellence projects within the team. - Developing and implementing tools, technology, and processes to continuously improve quality and productivity. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical industry with commercial analytics experience. - Extensive understanding of commercial operations and operating models. - People Management experience for managing a team or function. - Familiarity with major business KPIs and processes. - In-depth understanding of key US business databases such as IQVIA, APLD, DDD, Value centric, OneKey, DRG, SFMC, Google analytics, etc. - Advanced degree in Management, Statistics, Decision Sciences, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business Analytics, or related fields.
