Teacher Trainer

As a Trainer at Suraasa Training & Development Centre, you will be instrumental in supporting the delivery of impactful live training sessions at the center. Your role will involve working closely with the lead Suraasa Trainer during scheduled live sessions to ensure the smooth execution of training activities. Your focus will be on guiding teacher-learners, maintaining engagement, supporting technology integration, and upholding quality standards to enhance the overall learning experience. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the Suraasa Trainer during live, online training sessions at the center - Support teacher-learners by clarifying instructions, addressing queries, and facilitating discussions - Manage classroom dynamics to promote active participation and engagement - Provide technical support for digital tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and session technologies - Monitor learner progress and provide structured feedback to the lead Trainer/Professor - Ensure training delivery meets quality standards and program objectives - Coordinate sessions, track attendance, distribute materials, and maintain session flow Essential Skills & Competencies: - Proficiency in using LMS and digital tools for hybrid and online learning - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage adult learners effectively - Understanding of major Indian and international education boards such as CBSE, ICSE / ISC, IB, Cambridge, and NIOS - Organizational and coordination skills - Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a live training environment Qualifications: - Postgraduate degree in Education (M.Ed. or M.A. in Education) - Minimum of 55% marks in the qualifying degree Experience: - Prior experience in delivering or supporting professional development programs for teachers - Experience in assisting live training sessions, workshops, or teacher training initiatives is preferred Location: Mumbai, Noida, Bangalore, and Hyderabad Nature of Role: Freelance At Suraasa Training & Development Centre, we are dedicated to transforming the teaching landscape globally and providing teachers with opportunities to upskill, grow, and advance in their careers.
