Talent Sourcer

As a Talent Sourcer for this role based in Bangalore, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging top engineering talent specifically in the manufacturing sector. Your key responsibilities will include: - Having 6+ years of experience in sourcing engineering/manufacturing talent - Demonstrating a strong track record in hiring for various engineering roles such as Manufacturing Engineers, Electrical Engineers (LV / Switchgear / Circuit Breakers), Production Engineers, and Mechanical Design Engineers - Expertise in sourcing techniques via job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and networking - Previous experience in both agency and in-house recruitment setups would be preferred Your core focus will involve: - Talent mapping and pipeline creation - Sourcing and engaging passive candidates - Conducting market research and providing talent insights - Collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies - Monitoring and improving funnel metrics from sourcing to screening to conversion Please note that this role is solely dedicated to sourcing and pipeline building activities and does not involve full-cycle recruitment.
