Job Description
As a Talent Development Specialist at GLG, your primary responsibility will be to manage the logistical execution and program management of training, learning, and development programs across the global Talent Development team. You will work closely with the Global Talent Development team to support the delivery of high-impact development opportunities to GLG professionals worldwide. Your role will involve collaborating on global initiatives to foster a culture of learning and contribute to the growth of key focus areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Talent Development team with logistics for initiatives related to leadership and manager development, talent management, onboarding, and employee training and engagement.
- Coordinate in-office event management for key programs, ensuring seamless execution of in-person events.
- Oversee the successful execution of GLG's onboarding program, enhancing the onboarding experience for new joiners.
- Manage end-to-end global logistics for specific programs, maintaining excellent attention to detail.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure the business impact of Talent Development initiatives.
- Drive improvements in service excellence by creating efficient processes for exceptional learning programming.
- Manage training administration, including communication, calendaring, and attendance tracking.
- Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) for Talent Development-owned resources.
- Handle Talent Development enquiries and team Outlook inboxes.
- Manage the Articulate platform and create self-led courses, providing training to internal teams.
- Maintain SharePoint sites housing self-led employee resources.
Additional Details:
In this role, you will also have the opportunity to build people analytics skills, develop program management expertise, and enhance stakeholder management and Talent Development functional knowledge.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of professional experience in HR coordination, administrative assistance, or project/program coordination.
- Experience in HR, Talent Development, or Learning & Development functions.
- Proficiency in working with Learning Management Systems, preferably Workday Learning.
- Strong project management and data analytics skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a global organization and balance multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, organization, and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
