Some of your key responsibilities will include: - Utilizing Oracle Analytics Cloud and AI to uncover trends, predict outcomes, and make strategic decisions based on recruiting and talent data. - Building and implementing machine learning and generative AI solutions, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and intelligent search. - Creating AI-driven recruiting tools that evaluate candidate potential, career paths, and cultural fit through NLP, ML, and advanced analytics. - Transforming complex analytical findings into clear, impactful insights presented through visual stories to guide business and talent strategies. - Developing and managing robust data models and designing engaging visual dashboards to facilitate better decision-making processes. - Collaborating with Talent Acquisition teams and other departments to identify AI integration opportunities and streamline workflows. - Advocating for a data-driven culture by promoting analytics-based decision-making practices within recruiting functions. - Staying updated on emerging AI, analytics, and visualization technologies to enhance talent insights continuously. - Ensuring the ethical, transparent, and responsible use of AI in all recruitment-related applications. In terms of qualifications and skills required for this role, you should possess: - Demonstrated experience in applying AI and analytics to derive insights and make strategic recommendations. - Proficiency in data modeling, analytics, and visualization, with a strong command of Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC). - Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, including experience in interpreting complex datasets. - Exceptional data storytelling skills, enabling you to convert analytical outputs into actionable narratives. - Effective communication and collaboration skills for successful cross-functional teamwork. - Strong critical thinking skills and an ethical approach to AI-driven decision-making. Additionally, it would be beneficial if you have: - Practical experience with Python for AI and data analysis. - Knowledge of talent acquisition, recruiting analytics, or HR data systems. - Familiarity with NLP, machine learning frameworks, or large-scale data systems.
