Job Description

As an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition professional, you have the exceptional opportunity to join Warner Music Group's Bangalore team on a 12-month contractual basis, with the potential for a permanent role. Your primary focus will be on expanding the regional technology hub by recruiting top talent and ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new employees. Collaboration with local leadership, global People Partners, and Centers of Excellence (COEs) will be crucial to advancing the talent acquisition strategy. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Full-Cycle Recruitment:** Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various technology roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and administrative tasks. - **Talent Sourcing:** Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional networks. - **Stakeholder Partnership:** Build collaborative relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs, provide market trend guidance, and ensure an efficient recruitment process. - **Candidate Experience:** Ensure a positive candidate journey from initial contact to the offer stage. - **Onboarding Support:** Partner with the People Partner team to facilitate new hire onboarding, including IT coordination, documentation management, and orientation. - **Market Intelligence:** Stay informed about industry trends, talent landscape, and competitor activity in the Bangalore technology market to provide insights to hiring managers. - **Data & Reporting:** Maintain candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and deliver regular reports on recruitment metrics and pipeline status. - **Employer Branding:** Represent Warner Music Group as an ambassador, showcasing the company's culture and values to potential candidates. **Qualifications:** - Proven track record in full-cycle talent acquisition, focusing on recruiting for technology roles in a fast-paced environment. - Experience in sourcing and engaging with passive candidates. - Strong understanding of the Indian talent market, particularly in Bangalore. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. - Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. - Familiarity with new hire onboarding processes is advantageous. - Collaborative mindset, proactive approach, sense of ownership, and urgency. **Additional Company Details:** Warner Music Group (WMG) is a global music entertainment company known for its diverse roster of artists, including Ed Sheeran, Dua Lipa, and various Indian artists.
