Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist specializing in non-technical hiring for Saas startups, your role will involve working closely with the Head of HR to drive end-to-end recruitment processes and support business growth through quality talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior and leadership positions in functions such as Finance, Operations, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, HR, and Corporate Functions.
- Collaborate with business heads to understand strategic workforce needs, role requirements, and succession planning.
- Establish and nurture a strong talent pipeline of senior professionals from various industries.
- Source candidates through executive search, networking, referrals, and industry connections.
- Conduct high-level screening and assessment, coordinate interviews, and manage the selection process with senior stakeholders.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice for senior talent.
- Negotiate offers and oversee candidate onboarding to ensure a seamless experience.
- Monitor, report, and analyze hiring metrics for data-driven recruitment decisions.
- Offer guidance on compensation benchmarking and market trends for senior roles.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in non-technical talent acquisition.
- Strong domain knowledge and experience in the startup industry.
- Proven track record in executive search and strategic hiring for senior roles.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Profound understanding of talent mapping, market intelligence, and competitor analysis.
- Hands-on experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and industry sourcing tools.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
In addition to the specified qualifications, experience in hiring senior-level positions, exposure to multi-location or pan-India recruitment, and familiarity with diverse business functions in mid-to-large organizations or fast-growing companies would be advantageous.
