Job Description
As an experienced HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for Gulf Oil & Gas, Construction & Engineering clients. This includes handling bulk and project-based hiring requirements, sourcing technical candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews with international clients, ensuring closures within defined TAT, maintaining recruitment trackers & daily reporting, and strong follow-ups with candidates for mobilization. You will utilize platforms like Naukri Gulf, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job portals for sourcing.
To excel in this role, you should have 24 years of experience in Recruitment Consultancy, with prior exposure to Gulf / GCC hiring in the Oil & Gas / Construction / Engineering sectors. A strong understanding of technical job roles, excellent English communication skills, target-driven mindset, and comfort in working from home are essential requirements.
