Requirements: - 1 to 4 years of experience in Talent Sourcing or Recruitment. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. - Certifications in sourcing/recruitment (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter Certification) would be advantageous. - Proficiency in X-ray search, Boolean search, and other advanced sourcing techniques is essential. - Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS). - Familiarity with market intelligence and talent mapping. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Exposure to sourcing for IT/Tech and non-tech roles. - Experience in global recruitment and GCC hiring.
