As a Talent Sourcer at our company, you will be an integral part of the recruitment team, focusing on identifying, engaging, and creating pipelines of qualified candidates for various technical and non-technical roles. Your expertise in advanced sourcing strategies, including X-ray search, Boolean search, and other innovative techniques, will be crucial in attracting top talent to our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to comprehend role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Implement advanced search techniques like Boolean strings, X-ray search, and specialized sourcing tools.
- Actively map talent markets and maintain a pool of potential candidates.
- Evaluate profiles to ensure they align with role requirements and refer qualified leads to recruiters.
- Track progress by maintaining sourcing metrics, dashboards, and reports.
- Keep abreast of the latest sourcing tools, technologies, and market trends.
Requirements:
- 1 to 4 years of experience in Talent Sourcing or Recruitment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Certifications in sourcing/recruitment (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter Certification) would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in X-ray search, Boolean search, and other advanced sourcing techniques is essential.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Familiarity with market intelligence and talent mapping.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Exposure to sourcing for IT/Tech and non-tech roles.
- Experience in global recruitment and GCC hiring.
