Job Description
As a Sourcing Specialist, your role involves collaborating closely with HR Managers to develop innovative strategies for identifying exceptional candidates for teams across North America. You will utilize creative methods to discover top talent and engage passive candidates proactively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment across diverse skill sets and locations.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media.
- Engage candidates through direct outreach and conversations.
- Utilize advanced LinkedIn Recruiter / RPS and Boolean search techniques.
- Assess candidate skills, experience, and role fit based on technical understanding.
- Qualify candidates based on availability, motivation, work rights, location, and commercial alignment.
- Maintain active pipelines aligned with live roles.
- Conduct screenings, schedule interviews, and facilitate offer rollouts.
- Deliver recruitment outcomes promptly in time-critical hiring scenarios.
- Collaborate with account managers and recruiters to understand role priorities.
- Track and report on activity, pipeline health, and hiring outcomes.
Qualifications Required:
- 2-4 years of proven experience as a US IT Sourcing Specialist within an in-house recruiting team.
- Previous experience in US IT Staffing is highly desired.
- Proficiency in candidate engagement, relationship-building, and LinkedIn Recruiter / RPS.
- Strong technical understanding of IT roles, technologies, and delivery models.
- Ability to recruit across multiple technologies and geographic locations.
- Demonstrated high levels of urgency, accountability, and ownership.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Outcome-driven mindset with a focus on achieving KPIs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Resilient, organized, and commercially aware.
- Knowledge of ATS / HR tools is preferred.
