As an experienced candidate with 2-3 years of third party risk management experience, your role will involve various key responsibilities:
- Risk Assessment: You will be assessing risks across different areas such as Geographical, Reputational, Cyber Security, Sanctions, Human Resources, Business Continuity, Anti-Bribery/Anti-Corruption, Artificial Intelligence, ESG, and Privacy.
- Daily Operations: Your tasks will include handling requests for new third parties, collecting due diligence documentation, and maintaining the SCRM database.
- Monitoring: You will be responsible for monitoring third parties for changes in their risk profile due to factors like mergers, acquisitions, and regulatory updates.
- Database Maintenance: Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the SCRM database by consistently updating contact information, products, and services.
- Reporting: Assisting in creating standardized reports to keep business owners and management informed about third-party risk and performance.
- Risk Management: Enabling effective risk management practices within the organization.
- Support: Providing expertise and support to business owners in managing third-party relationships.
- Incident Management: Managing escalations and incidents related to due diligence and monitoring of third parties.
- Remediation: Assisting in resolving any findings or issues related to third parties.
- Program Improvement: Contributing to enhancing the Supply Chain Risk Management Program.
- Vendor Communication: Engaging with third-party vendors to address risks and ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Industry Trends: Keeping updated on industry trends and best practices in Supply Chain Risk Management.
- Special Projects: Collaborating on special projects as required.
