Urgent hiring for Supervisor Engineer - Gujarat , Petlad
Job Title: Earthwork Engineer / Supervisor Railway Projects
Location: Petlad , Gujrat
Experience: 8-12+ Years (Railway Projects Preferred)
Salary: upto 11 Lpa (depends on interview)
Working Days- 6 days
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and supervise earthwork activities in railway projects including embankment construction, cutting, and subgrade preparation.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, technical specifications, and railway standards.
- Monitor soil compaction, leveling, and grading as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with survey team for alignment, levels, and layout marking.
- Manage construction equipment and manpower involved in earthwork operations.
- Maintain daily site progress reports and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control procedures.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and site engineers for smooth execution.
- Monitor material usage, productivity, and work schedules to meet project deadlines.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in railway earthwork and embankment construction
- Knowledge of soil compaction methods, leveling, grading, and earthmoving operations
- Familiarity with Railway project specifications and site execution
- Ability to manage site teams, equipment, and contractors
- Basic knowledge of surveying and site measurement
- Good reporting and coordination skills
Qualification
- B.Tech / B.E in Civil Engineering or relevant field
