Job Description
As a Supervising Analyst at FTV Asset Management in Gurgaon, you will play a crucial role in the Risk Management Services (RMS) team of EY GDS. Your responsibilities will primarily focus on ensuring EY's Independence for its audit/non-audit clients. Here are the key responsibilities you will undertake:
- Develop a strong understanding of firm-level Independence concepts and perform procedures in accordance with EYG Independence policies.
- Conduct research and analysis to update EY tools and databases for mitigating independence-related risks for client-serving/audit teams.
- Communicate with senior team members to resolve queries, gather information, and become a subject matter expert in Independence processes.
- Demonstrate technical expertise in interpreting client company structures, internal tools, and systems, while identifying and fixing discrepancies.
- Collaborate with client/audit teams, provide regular updates, address queries, and act as a point of contact for coordination efforts.
- Review and provide feedback to team members, monitor performance against KPIs, and offer constructive feedback to drive highest delivery standards.
- Mentor team members through coaching and knowledge sharing to foster career advancement and identify learning opportunities.
To excel in this role, you must:
- Hold a Masters/post-graduate degree (preferably in Finance) from a reputed institute.
- Have 3-5 years of experience in research and analysis in a professional services firm.
- Possess strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills in English.
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office suites like Microsoft 365, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
