Job Description

Role Overview: As a State Sales Manager based in Jaipur, your primary responsibility will be to explore potential business avenues in the HORECA channel to achieve increased business growth. You will be required to deliver sales objectives in terms of volume, value, market share, and acquisition of new food service accounts. Your role will involve interacting with various stakeholders such as Unit Head Chefs, Contract Catering Managers, Buyers, Admin managers, procurement heads, purchase managers, F&B managers, and General Managers. You will need to map the requirements of the HORECA business, provide the best products and services, and ensure profitability growth. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by meeting delivery and service quality norms, expanding the company's product business in the HORECA segment, defining monthly and quarterly plans for business growth, and driving B2B sales through different HORECA channels. Managing a team, maintaining relations with existing clients, and creating new clients will also be part of your responsibilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are mandatory for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Explore potential business avenues in the HORECA channel - Deliver sales objectives in terms of volume, value, market share, and new account acquisition - Interact with stakeholders at various levels - Map HORECA business requirements and ensure profitability growth - Drive B2B sales and expand product business in the HORECA segment - Define monthly and quarterly plans for business growth - Manage a team and maintain client relations - Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting delivery and service quality norms - Review and report on sales performance Qualifications Required: - Very good written and verbal communication skills In the case of the National Sales Manager position based in Mumbai, your role will involve identifying and exploring new business avenues to accelerate growth across the HORECA and Institutional segments nationwide. You will be responsible for delivering national sales objectives related to volume, value, market share, and new account acquisition in Five Star Hotels. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding and mapping HORECA business requirements, and driving B2B and institutional sales will be crucial aspects of your responsibilities. You will also need to expand the company's product footprint nationally, lead and mentor sales teams, appoint and manage stockists and distributors, ensure customer satisfaction, review sales performance, and coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution. The role requires strong knowledge of HORECA/institutional buying behavior, expertise in food service sales, pan-India team handling experience, excellent negotiation and communication skills, strategic thinking, and analytical abilities. Key Skills & Competencies: - Strong knowledge of HORECA/Institutional buying behavior - Expertise in food service sales, frozen foods, or meat products - Proven pan-India team handling and distributor management experience - Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills - Strategic thinker with strong execution capability - Strong analytical and MIS reporting skills The salary for the State Sales Manager position in Jaipur/Goa/Mumbai ranges from 15 to 20 LPA, while the salary for the National Sales Manager position in Mumbai/Delhi ranges from 35 to 40 LPA.
