Job Description
As a Senior TA Advisor at Applied Materials, you will play a crucial role in driving talent acquisition and hiring strategy for software positions within the semiconductor industry. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading full-cycle recruitment for niche and senior software positions across semiconductor engineering teams.
- Developing and executing strategic sourcing plans to attract top technical talent globally.
- Partnering closely with Engineering Directors, Software Managers, and HRBPs to understand business needs and drive workforce planning.
- Building strong pipelines through advanced sourcing techniques and maintaining warm pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Ensuring an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and professionalism.
- Managing dashboards, tracking hiring SLAs, and providing regular hiring reports to optimize recruitment efficiency.
To excel in this role, you should have:
- 10 years of recruitment experience with a focus on software hiring in the semiconductor or high-tech industry.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor software roles, technologies, and market dynamics.
- Experience in Workday preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
- Familiarity with industry-leading ATS and sourcing platforms.
