To excel in this role, you should have: - 10 years of recruitment experience with a focus on software hiring in the semiconductor or high-tech industry. - Strong understanding of semiconductor software roles, technologies, and market dynamics. - Experience in Workday preferred. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. - Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. - Familiarity with industry-leading ATS and sourcing platforms.
