Job Description
As a Product Analyst, your role will involve developing a deep understanding of the translation platform and related API, mapping customer journeys, and creating detailed personas to enhance user experiences. You will engage directly with customers to gain insights into their interactions with Enterprise Data and AI platforms. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and nurturing an active user community to facilitate knowledge-sharing and drive the adoption of data and AI products. Collaboration with multi-functional teams to refine customer insights and journey mapping will be essential to adapting solutions to meet evolving business and operational needs across regions.
Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with multi-functional teams to refine customer insights and journey mapping
Qualifications Required:
- Master's degree and 7 to 10 years of Information Systems experience OR Bachelor's degree and 8 to 10 years of Information Systems experience OR Diploma and 10 to 12 years of Information Systems experience
- 5-7 years of experience in a product analyst role
In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be expected to work closely with business stakeholders to understand data needs and identify opportunities to enable them on the platform. Collaborating with Product Management, you will implement comprehensive Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for data and AI products, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and driving effective adoption.
Furthermore, you will provide last-mile support and solutions on demand for data, assist in customer onboarding and training, identify and develop brand ambassadors within the customer base, and offer targeted support for unique business requirements to enable seamless integration of data capabilities.
Your role will also involve monitoring and analyzing product performance metrics to gain insights into customer behavior and product usage. Working closely with engineering and product management teams, you will ensure the successful execution of product goals, focusing on data, analytics, and AI-driven innovations.
In terms of qualifications, the basic requirements include 5-7 years of experience in a product analyst role, especially with data and AI products, experience in working closely with data engineering, and proficiency in GTM strategy development and execution. Strong skills in Excel, hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, and excellent communication and social skills are also essential.
Preferred qualifications include experience in translation workflows and APIs, familiarity with big data technologies, AI platforms, and cloud-based data solutions, knowledge of SQL, the ability to work effectively across matrixed organizations, a passion for technology and customer success, and experience in services or consulting related to data and AI products.
Soft skills such as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to work effectively with global, virtual teams, a high degree of initiative and self-motivation, the ability to handle multiple priorities successfully, a team-oriented approach, and strong presentation and public speaking skills will also be crucial for success in this role.
