Sr Graphics Designer (Presentation Specialist) Global Operations

Role Overview: As the Presentation Specialist Graphic Designer Global Operations at ETS, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling presentations that effectively communicate complex ideas in a clear, engaging, and brand-consistent manner. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams within Global Operations, as well as with other divisions, to support internal and external communications through high-impact slide decks and visual storytelling. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop high-quality presentations using PowerPoint and other presentation software. - Create custom graphics, charts, illustrations, and animations utilizing tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite. - Translate intricate data into easily understandable visuals and insights to assist leadership in delivering strategic messages. - Utilize Copilot for PowerPoint and M365 Copilot Studio to automate layout and content generation. - Collaborate with Global Operations leadership and team members to grasp project requirements, audience needs, messaging priorities, and objectives. - Quickly assess requirements and revise presentations based on feedback. - Ensure visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all presentations. - Keep updated with design trends and best practices in presentation design. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. - Maintain a high level of confidentiality. Qualifications Required: - Proven 3 years of experience as a Presentation Specialist in a global enterprise setting. - Proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other design software. - Strong portfolio demonstrating presentation design, visual storytelling, and automation capabilities. - Solid understanding of visual communication, layout design, and storytelling principles. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
