Sr. Director - Analytics

You will be joining Merito, a curated talent platform with a mission to revolutionize the hiring process. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for quantifying and measuring the success of our executions, delivering insights for innovation, and supporting multi-projects. Your role will involve external reviews, developing new analytical tools, and leading the Analytics team. Key Responsibilities: - Support the leadership of the Analytics team - Understand marketing plans and objectives to assist in building comprehensive measurement and test & learn plans - Aid clients in objective setting for marketing plans - Design and evolve innovative measurement tools, managing the process through delivery and global rollout - Supervise junior team members, ensuring quality and timely delivery of responsibilities - Create clear and robust campaign reporting with valuable insights - Recruit, manage, and mentor resources for efficient workflow and high-quality output Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience - Degree from a top-tier College - Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R - Exposure to marketing campaign measurement for both Direct Response and Brand Awareness campaigns - Strong understanding of data collection and analysis in digital campaigns - Excellent presentation skills for data visualization - Strong organizational and project management abilities - Effective delegation skills - Professional communication, presentation, and motivational skills Join Merito and be part of a dynamic team that is reshaping the hiring landscape.
