Key Responsibilities:
- Implement data pipelines with hands-on experience in Spark and DataBricks pipeline optimization
- Utilize AWS services and ElasticSearch effectively
- Lead individual projects using AGILE methodologies and manage a team of developers efficiently
- Define the product roadmap in collaboration with product management and business users
- Develop tools and systems to enhance team scalability and productivity
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-efficiency, fault-tolerant software systems
- Design and develop innovative solutions to complex problems, identifying issues and roadblocks
- Lead the team of developers with effective planning, executions, and team management
Qualifications Required:
- Excellent knowledge of Databricks, pySpark with 5 to 9 years of overall experience
- Hands-on expertise in Apache Spark and associated libraries
- Proficiency in AWS services like EMR, Lambda, SNS, RDS, Athena, EC2, S3
- Strong understanding of Database SQL, performance tuning, and data modeling
- Expertise in ElasticSearch, data modeling, automation, orchestration, security, and governance of data
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases
- Proficiency in CI/CD and ability to identify patterns and anomalies in large datasets
- Good to have skills include knowledge of Java REST API, UNIX/LINUX environments, Jasper server reporting BI tool, and behavioral data tracking
