Job Description

Role Overview: As an Engineer Database Administration at ConnectiveRx, you will play a technical role within the IT Infrastructure team. Your primary responsibilities will involve hands-on tasks related to building and supporting databases while also contributing to design and planning activities. Your role will be crucial in providing innovative, efficient, and secure database solutions to support ConnectiveRx initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Possess extensive working knowledge of database systems, reporting, data warehouse integration services, analysis services, performance tuning, SQL tuning, troubleshooting, monitoring, and maintenance. - Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2016 and newer, PostgreSQL, Redshift, and knowledge of high-availability configurations including Availability Groups, performance tuning, capacity growth, storage requirements, data encryption techniques. Ability to work on a technical stack with specific diagnostic skills in C#, MS SQL, SSIS, SSRS, AWS, MySQL, and scripting. Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree or higher. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in database administration, specifically on SQL Server and Postgres SQL. - Good communication skills.
