Job Description
As a Benchmarking and Diagnostic Specialist at Gartner, you will play a crucial role in managing a portfolio of benchmarking and diagnostic projects within the B&D CoE. Your main responsibilities will include analyzing data sets to uncover actionable insights for senior executives, creating client-facing research deliverables, and collaborating with researchers to strengthen Gartner's research efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating primary data collection instruments such as surveys and web data
- Analyze large, complex data sets using descriptive and inferential analyses
- Create client-facing research deliverables like presentations and webinars
- Develop automation scripts using VBA, R, and Python for efficient reporting
- Collaborate with researchers and analysts to identify opportunities for data analysis
Qualifications Required:
- Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, or a related field
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience in data analysis, quantitative research, analytics, or benchmarking
- Ability to effectively communicate ideas, engage clients, and work in global teams
