As an IP Security Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and troubleshooting Checkpoint, Fortinet, Cisco ASA firewalls, and F5 LTM/AFM to ensure optimal security and performance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Configure and implement IP Security Firewall including Checkpoint, Fortinet, and Cisco ASA firewalls, ensuring adherence to best practices and security protocols. - Troubleshoot and resolve firewall issues to minimize downtime and optimize performance. - Hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and troubleshooting F5 Local Traffic Manager (LTM). - Knowledge in Infoblox for DNS and IPAM management is desirable. - Communicate effectively with global clients to understand and fulfill their requirements. - Provide timely updates, resolve client issues, and act as a trusted advisor. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights into network security, performance, and infrastructure optimization. - Lead the implementation and troubleshooting of F5 Local Traffic Manager (LTM) and Advanced Firewall Manager (AFM) for high availability and secure application delivery. - Manage and maintain Infoblox for DNS and IPAM to ensure network stability and optimal performance. - Provide high-level technical support to global clients to address their network security needs promptly. - Troubleshoot and resolve network security issues to ensure customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with internal teams to optimize network security and performance. **Qualifications Required:** - B.E/ B.Tech degree. - Minimum 8 years of experience in IP Security. - Expertise in Checkpoint Firewall with hands-on experience. - Good understanding of Fortinet and Cisco ASA firewalls. - Proficient in implementing, configuring, and troubleshooting F5 LTM. - Certification in Checkpoint Firewall (CCSA) is a must. - Certification in Fortinet or F5 will be an added benefit. - Proven experience in a customer-facing role, dealing with global clients and resolving complex technical issues. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Positive industry knowledge. - Good communication, presentation skills, and customer handling abilities.
