Role Overview:
This role involves a variety of tasks aimed at facilitating aftermarket sales processes ensuring accurate documentation and maintaining comprehensive management information systems (MIS). You will play a crucial role in supporting field engineers and ensuring the smooth operation of service-related activities to enhance service efficiency and provide necessary support for exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Coordination
- Supporting the Field Engineer in preparation of service-related Documents
- Preparation of Quotations
- Preparation of Performa Invoices
- New Customer Addition
- Preparation of Spares / Service Quotations
- Preparation of Credit Approval documents and agreements
- Monthly Shipment Plan to Service
- MIS & Data Entry
- Preparation & Maintenance of MIS related to Service
- Data preparation MIS and data entry into ERP system
- Machine LTV (Life Time Value) aftermarket report preparation
- AOP & LRP Preparation Support
Qualification Required:
- Education: Diploma / Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical Production Electrical)
- Experience: 4 years of experience in service coordination or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with ERP systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
