Solution Architect - DataOps/Cloud Infrastructure

As a Solutions Architect at InfoCepts, you will play a crucial role in engaging with clients in advisory & consulting, designing advanced solutions, supporting presales, building capabilities, driving research & experimentation, and nurturing talent in cloud & data engineering. InfoCepts is dedicated to providing end-to-end data & analytics solutions to commercial and public sector customers globally, focusing on the US, EMEA, and the APAC regions. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with clients, delivery & market: Provide advisory consulting to clients, track D&A trends, and influence data strategy through thought leadership. - Architect solutions & coordinate implementation: Design high-performance D&A solutions in cloud and big data technologies, coordinating with delivery for adoption. - Lead & support opportunities: Conduct discovery workshops, develop solutions, write proposals, and support sales and marketing enablement for Cloud and Big Data technologies. - Guide research & experiments: Drive research and experimentation through CoEs to stay ahead in emerging areas of cloud data engineering. - Build & reuse knowledge & expertise: Develop reusable assets in Cloud and Big Data technologies, create thought leadership content, and leverage CoPs for knowledge sharing. - Nurture & grow talent: Recruit and develop a talented pool in cloud data engineering competencies, mentoring associates through their career advancement. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (Masters degree is a plus). - Minimum of 14+ years of experience in data analytics with a focus on cloud data technologies. - Demonstrated continued learning through technical certifications or related methods. Qualities: - Self-motivated and focused on delivering outcomes. - Excellent communication skills for client presentations. - Ability to consult, write, and present persuasively. - Comfortable working in a self-organized and cross-functional team. - Adaptable to new information and feedback. - Able to collaborate with teams and clients in different time zones.
