Software Test Lead

As a Software Test Lead at JiBe, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our cloud-based fully integrated ERP system for the shipping industry. Your responsibilities will include: - Creating, organizing, and managing Test Automation Resources. - Developing, enhancing, debugging, and executing Test Cases. - Overseeing the defect management process. - Conducting Regression Testing and handling changes effectively. - Resolving Object Identification and error handling issues. - Demonstrating a good understanding of SDLC and STLC. - Proficiency in Test management tools such as TestRail and Zephyr. - Prioritizing assignments and addressing unplanned issues efficiently. - Reporting defects using tools like Bugzilla, Jira, and QC. - Hands-on experience with testing web-based applications is preferred. - Strong knowledge of SQL databases. - Leading overall QA activities and estimating QA effort. - Managing a team of QA engineers, including automation and manual testers. - Collaborating with Engineering and Support teams for bug fixes and releases. - Researching and developing automation tools for testing. - Mentoring QA team members and providing guidance on automation. Qualifications and Skills: - BE/B.Tech/MCA/MS or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years of testing/quality assurance experience. - Passionate, team player, self-motivated, and focused on quality and timely delivery. - Experience with Testim.io; Windows/Cloud/Mobile experience is a plus. - Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Test Lead/Manager. - End-to-end testing/QA experience for large projects. - Proficiency in automation tools like QTP, Selenium, JMeter. - Analyzing and reporting QA test results, project tracking, and release readiness. - Expertise in defining Testing Roadmaps, strategies, and Thought Leadership.
