Software Maintenance Engineer

As an OpenStack Software Maintenance Engineer at Red Hat Enhanced Solution Support (ESS) team in India, you will play a crucial role in troubleshooting and resolving customer technical issues related to hybrid cloud solutions, specifically Red Hat OpenStack Platform. Your responsibilities will include providing technical support through a web portal and phone, diagnosing problems, troubleshooting customer issues, and developing solutions to technical issues. You will collaborate closely with the development team and Red Hat's strategic cloud partners to jointly resolve multi-vendor customer issues.
