Software Engineering Lead

Role Overview: As a Lead Software Engineer, your role involves guiding and collaborating with others, contributing technical expertise, and helping solve complex challenges. You will be participating in large-scale, cross-functional development initiatives and playing a key role in designing and improving resilient and scalable systems. Key Responsibilities: - Work collaboratively with technical teams to refine and finalize software design for robust applications. - Mentor and support team members of varied backgrounds and experiences in software development practices. - Act as a technical resource and facilitator for external partners and stakeholders. - Serve as a point of contact for technical questions, promoting knowledge sharing and inclusive problem-solving. - Participate in conversations with clients including Tier 1 financial institutions to provide input and foster collaborative innovation. Qualifications Required: - Hands-on experience with Java and Springboot and working knowledge of JavaScript (Vue.JS) and architectural principles. - Understanding of data management (RDBMS, NoSQL, data lakes, Hadoop), container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud services (Azure, AWS, or similar). - Demonstrated strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills, with the ability to coordinate projects of varied size and complexity across diverse teams. - Experience leading teams to identify and troubleshoot challenges and communicate solutions effectively to a wide audience. - Clear and respectful communication skills, adapting your style for different audiences and ensuring information is accessible to all.
