As a Python Backend Developer, you will be responsible for:
- Strong experience in Python backend development
- Experience building APIs and scalable services
- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases
- Strong understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms
- Experience with Git and Linux environments
- Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring engineering teams
- Proven ability to design and build complex backend systems
Qualifications required for this role:
- 2+ years of experience in Python programming
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OOP concepts
- Basic knowledge of REST APIs, web services, and SQL/databases
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills

The company offers exposure to AI/ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.), experience with Pandas/NumPy, Linux environment, and Git, and a basic understanding of cloud platforms or distributed systems are considered as good-to-have skills.
