Job Description
You need a skilled Content & Communications Executive to create clear, engaging content and support the brand messaging. As the Content & Communications Executive, your role and responsibilities will include:
- Leading the planning and strategy for all the company's social media content across platforms.
- Conceptualizing content ideas, themes, and campaigns aligned with the company's brand, values, and business goals.
- Guiding and supervising one team member responsible for executing social media content, including post creation and publishing.
- Collaborating with internal teams to gather insights and translate them into impactful social media content ideas and plans.
- Reviewing, refining, and approving social media content to ensure quality, clarity, and alignment with brand tone of voice.
- Developing and proposing creative ideas and content concepts, providing clear direction to design and subject matter experts for producing cohesive and engaging multimedia content.
- Owning and managing the social media content calendar, ensuring consistency and timely delivery.
- Monitoring social media performance through analytics and providing strategic direction to improve reach and engagement.
- Ensuring all social media communications strictly adhere to company brand guidelines and messaging standards.
The preferred candidate profile for this position includes:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field.
- Experience and passion about the fragrance industry is an added bonus.
- 1-5 years of experience in content creation, communications, or a related role.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to translate complex topics into clear, audience-appropriate messages.
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), social media platforms, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Knowledge of internal communications or employer branding.
Please note that the salary range for this position is between 35,000-40,000 per month. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work in a stable, long-term role with a trusted brand in the industry, gaining exposure to reputed F&F manufacturers and formulators. The position is in-person and based at Wadala (Head Office), Mumbai, with comprehensive family health insurance provided.
