- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms such as Instagram and YouTube
- Manage day-to-day social media activities, including posting and community engagement
- Respond to comments, messages, and queries in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on insights and trends
- Collaborate with medical and internal teams to effectively promote services and treatments
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and platform algorithms
Qualifications Required:
- 2-6 years of experience in social media management, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or lifestyle domains
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools
- Hands-on experience with video editing and image editing software
- Ability to manage and grow Instagram and YouTube channels effectively
