Job Description
As a Social Media Manager for the retention-led gaming ecosystem, your role involves owning platform execution across Instagram, Twitter, YouTube Shorts, and other gaming-relevant channels. You will ensure that content reaches the correct platforms, is optimized, distribution works efficiently, and performance signals are captured. Your position requires you to bridge the gap between content strategy and creative execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily platform publishing & optimization
- Caption & hook optimization
- Hashtag & distribution strategy
- Short-form repurposing
- Platform analytics tracking
- Trend monitoring & fast adaptation
- Coordination with Creative & Organic Lead
You are accountable for ensuring that content performs effectively on the platform and are measured on engagement quality, CTR to the app from social, follower growth consistency, short-form watch time, and content velocity. The ideal candidate for this role should have 3-6+ years of experience managing social platforms for apps or gaming brands, a strong understanding of Instagram, Twitter, Shorts, and platform algorithms, experience with short-form content, a data-aware mindset, and be comfortable working in high-velocity environments.
