Job Description

As a Social Media Executive at our company, your role will involve managing influencer collaborations and creating engaging in-house content for our social media platforms. You will work closely with creators to produce product-focused content such as flatlays, reels, and quick shoots for Instagram. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, research, and reach out to relevant fashion and lifestyle influencers aligned with the brand aesthetic. - Manage end-to-end influencer collaborations including outreach, negotiations, product dispatch, and content timelines. - Coordinate with influencers to ensure timely delivery of reels, stories, and posts. - Maintain an influencer database including engagement rates, pricing, and collaboration history. - Track performance of influencer campaigns and report insights. - Create basic in-house content for Instagram including product reels, styling videos, flatlays, and behind-the-scenes content. - Shoot and style product flatlays and straightforward product shoots for social media and website use. - Assist in creating reels showcasing product details, drapes, and styling ideas. - Ensure all content aligns with the brands visual identity and aesthetic. - Assist in planning social media calendars and launch content. - Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for campaign assets. - Stay updated on Instagram trends, reels formats, and viral content styles. Qualifications Required: - 13 years of experience in social media management, influencer marketing, or content creation. - Robust understanding of Instagram, reels, and influencer marketing. - Basic skills in shooting and styling product content using a phone or camera. - Good eye for aesthetics, fashion styling, and visual storytelling. - Robust communication and coordination skills. In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, it is preferred if you have experience working with fashion or lifestyle brands, familiarity with basic editing tools like CapCut, InShot, or Adobe apps, and an interest in fashion styling and social media trends.
