Social Media Coordinator

You will be responsible for managing, updating, and maintaining all official social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels. Additionally, you will conceptualize creative content ideas and execute in-house reel and video shoots. You are required to coordinate closely with the Research & Development (R&D) department for product, sample, and process-based reel shoots. It is essential to capture high-quality photos and videos of products, factory processes, events, and corporate activities. Your role will involve creating, editing, and posting engaging content aligned with the companys brand guidelines and communication strategy. Keeping yourself updated on the latest social media trends, platform features, hashtags, and reel formats to improve reach and engagement is also crucial. Furthermore, you will need to coordinate with internal departments for content planning, approvals, and posting schedules. Monitoring page performance, audience engagement, and preparing basic analytics and performance reports will be part of your responsibilities. In addition, supporting basic graphic designing and video editing for reels, posts, stories, and promotional content is preferred. You must ensure timely posting, consistency in content, and maintain the brand image across all platforms.
