Job Description
As a Social Media & Content Lead, your role will involve owning and scaling the organization's entire digital content ecosystem, including social media, website content, content strategy, and distribution. You will work closely with various teams within the organization to translate business goals into powerful content narratives and scalable growth strategies. Your strong hands-on expertise with Gen-AI tools, content systems, and modern workflows will play a crucial role in enhancing creativity, speed, and performance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define and execute a comprehensive content and social media strategy aligned with business goals and brand positioning.
- Build platform-specific strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and emerging platforms.
- Lead creation of social media content, long-form content, and website content while ensuring high-quality storytelling and conversion-focused messaging.
- Own and optimize the company website as a core content and conversion channel, managing landing pages, blogs, and content structure aligned with SEO and user experience.
- Manage all social media platforms to ensure consistent growth in reach, engagement, and followers.
- Design multi-platform content distribution strategies and repurpose content into multiple formats to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate on SEO strategy, paid campaigns, lead generation, and email campaigns for audience engagement and lead generation.
- Lead and manage the content and social media team, ensuring content quality, consistency, and performance standards.
- Track and optimize key metrics, build dashboards, and provide clear insights to leadership for continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain content frameworks, SOPs, templates, and style guides while creating scalable workflows for content planning, execution, review, and publishing.
- Utilize Gen-AI tools for content ideation and writing, campaign planning, caption and tone optimization, content calendars, and workflows.
**Qualifications Required:**
- 510 years of experience in Social Media, Content Strategy, or Digital Marketing roles.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end content ecosystems and strong expertise in content strategy, storytelling, and brand communication.
- Hands-on experience in content writing, editing, and campaign execution.
- Deep understanding of platform algorithms, performance optimization, and experience leading teams.
- Strong analytical mindset, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in Google Workspace and reporting tools.
- Strong hands-on experience with Gen-AI tools and modern content workflows.
