Social Media And Communications Manager

Asaii is seeking a Social Media & Communications Manager who can contribute to telling stories through social media and communications. As a part of our team, you will play a crucial role in building a community and bringing Asaii's storytelling to life. This full-time position, initially remote, will eventually be based out of our studio in Delhi NCR. **Role Overview:** As the Social Media & Communications Manager at Asaii, you will be responsible for: - Building and executing social media strategy aligned with Asaiis storytelling. - Translating collections, campaigns, and everyday studio moments into meaningful narratives. - Calendar planning, content execution, and communication management. - Understanding metrics, KPIs, and using insights to refine strategy. **Key Responsibilities:** - Proficiency in graphic design tools. - Motion graphics skills are a strong plus. - Strong sense of design, aesthetics, and brand language. - Awareness of the fashion industry and cultural conversations. - Knowledge of photography and video editing. - Ability to conceptualize and execute visual storytelling. - Deep understanding of brand storytelling and strategy. - Comfort with analytics, insights, and performance metrics. - Strong writing and communication skills.
