Job Description
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for planning and leading Analysis & Design Fit-Gap Workshops, challenging Business Users on their assumptions and collaborating with the HR Community to elicit Business Requirements. Additionally, you will work directly with HR Stakeholders to understand HR processes and strategies, contribute to project planning and risk management, and ensure alignment around Project Objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead Analysis & Design Fit-Gap Workshops, challenging Business Users on assumptions
- Collaborate with the HR Community to elicit Business Requirements using various techniques
- Work directly with HR Stakeholders to understand HR processes and strategies
- Produce documentation to support the Business Analysis Phase
- Contribute to project planning, risk management, and ensure alignment around Project Objectives
- Support the Technical developers and design effective HR Business & System Processes
- Contribute to User Acceptance Testing and other testing phases
- Support Go-Live and Cutover tasks, and provide operational support post-Go-Live
Qualifications Required:
- University Degree Qualification
- Certification in Agile/Scrum Methodologies
- SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification
