Site Operations Director

You are looking for an incumbent with strong GCC-captive experience, robust values, leadership skills, and scaling-execution experience. In the role of Site Head, you will lead the site to achieve operational targets, manage budgets, expenditures, and P&L, build processes, drive growth, oversee digital transformation, ensure site compliance audits, and build relationships with internal clients and external stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Act as a growth catalyst for the parent group in the Middle East and subsidiaries in the US and Australia - Manage corporate functions and related operational captive services such as payroll, finance, HR, site admin, compliance, operations, P&L, budgeting, and work with internal stakeholders to drive growth and digital transformation - Provide operational lead and support shared service functions including finance, customer support, marketing, HR, procurement, and administration - Indirectly support technical BIM, architecture, design, and technology captive leads at the site **Qualifications Required:** - Graduate (Engineering, Finance, or Operations Management) with a management degree preferred - 18-24 years of experience in managing scaling up of business, digital transformation, and working in a matrix structure - Exposure in scaling captive/shared service centers, including functions like payroll, HR operations, design, customer service, and finance - C-level presentation skills, negotiation skills, and relationship management skills - Understanding of business-related economic and financial analyses In your role as Site Head, you will play a crucial part in driving the growth and success of the company in the Real Estate & Construction Services sector.
