Job Description

As a Shopify Ecommerce Specialist with 2-4 years of hands-on experience, focused specifically on Shopify, you will play a crucial role in owning, optimizing, and scaling our Shopify store within the Ecommerce / Fashion / D2C / Wholesale industry. Your responsibilities will encompass performance enhancement, conversion optimization, automation, and integrations throughout the ecommerce ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: - Advanced Shopify Management: - Take charge of end-to-end Shopify store operations including catalogues, collections, pricing, variants, and bulk edits. - Manage advanced Shopify apps such as subscriptions, bundles, upsells, B2B pricing, and wholesale apps. - Implement Shopify B2B / Wholesale features like trade accounts and gated pricing. - Handle Shopify migrations, upgrades, and feature rollouts. - Ensure accurate inventory sync, order flows, and fulfillment logic. - Conversion & Performance Optimization: - Analyze funnel drop-offs and optimize product pages, collections, and checkout process. - Increase Average Order Value (AOV) through bundles, cross-sells, and cart optimization. - Enhance visual hierarchy and mobile User Experience (UX). - Monitor site speed, errors, and technical SEO fundamentals. - Email & Lifecycle Marketing (Advanced): - Develop and fine-tune email flows including abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, and win-back emails. - Segment customers based on behavior, geography, and order value. - Run campaign calendars aligned with product drops and seasonal sales. - Deeply integrate email marketing with Shopify data, preferably using Klaviyo. - Analytics & Reporting: - Track and report key metrics related to Shopify store performance. - Utilize Shopify analytics along with GA4 to identify growth opportunities. - Assist in forecasting for stock, product launches, and promotional activities. Required Skills & Experience: - 2-4 years of advanced Shopify experience, showcasing a strong understanding of Shopify Liquid basics, apps, and workflows. - Experience with Shopify Plus or B2B features is preferred. - Proficiency in Mailchimp or similar email platforms. - Demonstrated ability to optimize conversion rates and overall performance. - Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of ecommerce outcomes. Nice to Have (Strong Plus): - Experience in fashion, modestwear, or wholesale ecommerce. - Understanding of international ecommerce practices including multi-currency support, shipping, and duties. - Exposure to Meta / Google Ads landing page optimization. - Previous experience collaborating with warehouses or fulfillment partners.
