ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)

As a ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Specialist, your role will involve designing, configuring, and implementing SPM solutions across portfolios, programs, and projects. You will be responsible for configuring and managing various modules such as Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Agile Development, Resource Management, and Financial Planning. Your tasks will include enabling strategic planning, OKR alignment, portfolio planning, investment scenarios, roadmaps, and prioritization frameworks. Key Responsibilities: - Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions - Configure and manage modules like Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Agile Development, Resource Management, and Financial Planning - Enable strategic planning, OKR alignment, portfolio planning, investment scenarios, roadmaps, and prioritization frameworks - Implement financial planning and tracking, including cost plans, benefit plans, budgets, forecasts, and actuals - Configure resource plans and capacity planning to support demand forecasting and execution - Support Agile and hybrid delivery models within ServiceNow SPM - Build dashboards, reports, and performance analytics for executive and portfolio-level insights - Integrate SPM with other ServiceNow modules and external systems using IntegrationHub and APIs - Collaborate with business leaders, PMOs, finance teams, and architects to gather requirements and recommend best-practice solutions - Support testing, deployment, upgrades, and production support for SPM implementations - Ensure configurations follow ServiceNow best practices, governance, and performance standards Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) - 15 years of full-time education is required Please note that this position is based at our Hyderabad office.
