ServiceNow-ServiceNow TSM-Release Engineer - Senior

As a Senior at EY's Global Delivery Services (GDS) ServiceNow team, you will have the opportunity to work on solving client problems using the ServiceNow platform, collaborating with a high-quality team to develop innovative solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Performing Configuration/Customization of the ServiceNow system, creating workflows - Building service request fulfilment workflows based on customer requirements using workflows, UI actions, client scripts, and business rules - Automating tasks using scripting tools and ServiceNow functionality - Integrating systems and automating processes using Orchestration, Web Services, Soap calls, etc - Gathering specifications from business departments, interpreting requirements, and developing technical specifications documentation - Loading, manipulating, and maintaining data between ServiceNow and other systems - Generating dashboards, home pages, performance analytics data collectors, and reports - Analyzing user stories and internal procedures to enhance system capabilities and automate process workflows - Conducting system and integration testing with sample and live data To succeed in this role, you should have skills and attributes such as: - Proficiency in authentication protocols like Active Directory / LDAP or SiteMinder federation / Azure - Knowledge of Disciplined Agile Delivery software release build/deploy processes - Experience in integrating with internal and external applications and systems - Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, Angular JS, and web design best practices - Service Portal implementation experience - Implementation experience in applications like HR, GRC, SecOps, CSM, PPM, APM, ITOM, Service Portal - Experience in Performance Analytics - Understanding of digital technologies such as Machine learning, AI, IoT, Blockchain Qualifications required for this role include: - A college degree in a related technology field or comparable job experiences - Approximately 4 to 5 years of experience in a development role, showing progression of responsibilities - ServiceNow certifications and ITIL foundations certification are a plus Additionally, having experience with SDLC, TFS, JIRA, or equivalent tools, as well as knowledge of ServiceNow's latest version features, is ideal.
