As a Senior in the EY GDS-ServiceNow team, you will have the opportunity to work on solving client problems using the ServiceNow platform and collaborate with a high-quality team to build innovative products. Your role will involve configuring/customizing the ServiceNow system, creating workflows, automating tasks, performing integrations, and gathering specifications from business departments to deliver solutions that meet client needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for system and integration testing with sample and live data. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform Configuration/Customization of the ServiceNow system, including creating workflows - Build service request fulfilment workflow from customer requirements using workflows, UI actions, client scripts, business rules, etc. - Use scripting tools and Service Now functionality to automate tasks - Perform integrations and process automation using Orchestration, Web Services, Soap calls, etc. - Gather specifications from business departments and deliver products that meet the needs presented - Work with business liaison to generate dashboards, home pages, performance analytics data collectors, and reports - Analyze user stories and internal procedures to improve system capabilities and automate process workflows **Skills And Attributes For Success:** - Proficiency in authentication protocols such as Active Directory / LDAP or SiteMinder federation / Azure - Familiarity with Disciplined Agile Delivery software release build/deploy processes - Experience in integrating with internal and external applications and systems - Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, Angular JS, and good web design practices - Service Portal implementation experience - Implementation experience on applications like HR, GRC, SecOps, CSM, PPM, APM, ITOM, Service Portal, and Performance Analytics - Knowledge of digital technologies like Machine learning, AI, IOT, Blockchain **Qualification Required:** - College degree in a related technology field or comparable job experiences - Approximately 4 to 5 years of experience in a development role - ServiceNow certifications and ITIL foundations certification are a plus Joining EY will offer you opportunities to work on inspiring projects, receive support and coaching from engaging colleagues, develop new skills, and progress your career in a flexible and challenging environment.
