Service Engineer-Medical Devices

You will be working as a PM Service Engineer at Ababil Healthcare Pvt Ltd in locations such as Hubli, Bangalore, and Davangere. Your main responsibilities will include: - Performing system installations, troubleshooting, service, and repair tasks. - Conducting preventative maintenance and organizing regional preventative maintenance schedules. - Handling service calls and managing accounts within a regional customer base. - Providing on-site service training to Biomedical Engineering Technicians (BMET) or advanced operators. - Managing expenses and spare parts inventory effectively. - Ensuring zero breakdown in the respective region. - Documenting daily service actions through the company work order database. - Assisting fellow Field Service Engineers with complex installations and repairs. - Generating business for AMC/CAMC/Consumables. Your skills should include: - Strong communication and networking abilities. - Good planning and organizational skills. - Self-motivation, drive, and initiative. - Adaptability to frequent changes in products and healthcare systems. - Proficiency in documentation, training management, equipment calibration, sterilization, and conceptual skills. - Business acumen.
