Service Delivery Executive

You will be an Executive in the Service Delivery department reporting to the COO or Unit Head in Chennai. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the smooth delivery of patient care services in the field. Your primary responsibilities include monitoring patient enrolment process, managing leave of nurses, addressing nurses' grievances and patient complaints, handling transport and logistics, managing operational issues related to staff deployment, scheduling supervisory visits, overseeing patient discharges, and updating your reporting manager on any field concerns. Additionally, you will be responsible for scheduling supervision, updating manpower status and skill sets, and preparing reports on manpower utilisation and other metrics. You may also be assigned other duties by your manager from time to time. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor patient enrolment process and ensure smooth service delivery - Manage leave of nurses and address their grievances - Handle patient complaints and resolve issues - Manage transport, logistics, and operational issues - Schedule supervisory visits and bridge any gaps - Oversee patient discharges and update reporting manager on field concerns - Schedule supervision and provide adjustment support - Update manpower status and skill sets - Prepare and submit reports on various metrics - Undertake any other work assigned by the manager Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of work experience in service delivery, preferably in the hospital sector - Basic knowledge of Excel - Willingness to relocate to Chennai The salary for this position ranges from 20,000.00 to 25,000.00 per month.
