Role Overview:
As the SEO & Social Media Marketing Manager for a fast-growing B2B SaaS platform in Bengaluru, you will be responsible for driving organic growth and managing social campaigns to attract qualified leads from startups and SMEs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute a comprehensive SEO strategy, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Manage the social media presence across various platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Run and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Build quality backlinks through guest posting and digital PR.
- Create content calendars and community engagement strategies.
- Track performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and social analytics.
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, ad copy, and targeting strategies.
- Generate monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Qualifications Required:
Must-Have:
- 4-5 years of experience managing both SEO and social media marketing.
- Proven results in organic ranking improvements and successful social campaigns.
- Proficiency in SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
- Expertise in Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager.
- Experience with paid social and search advertising.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
- Capability to manage multiple channels simultaneously.
Good to Have:
- Experience in B2B SaaS/fintech marketing.
- Knowledge of HubSpot or marketing automation.
- Google Ads/Analytics certifications.
- Familiarity with WordPress and basic HTML/CSS.
- Understanding of B2B lead funnels.
