Job Description
As a SEO Specialist at EY, you will be responsible for managing SEO projects for multiple entities within the organization, developing SEO optimization strategies, and measuring organic traffic and keyword performance. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing SEO projects for multiple entities within the organization
- Monthly reporting and stakeholder communication
- Developing SEO optimization strategies and monitoring their execution
- People management
- Measuring organic traffic, keyword, and Page Rank performance via tools like Conductor and Adobe Analytics
- Collaborating with external teams for tasks such as content creation and YouTube optimization
- Reviewing and presenting SEO audit issues and implementation plans to stakeholders
- Training stakeholders on using Conductor and troubleshooting user issues
- Educating stakeholders and teams on basic SEO best practices
- Conducting content audits and making recommendations based on search best practices
- Conducting topic-level research with market analysis and competition
Skills and attributes required for success in this role include:
- Minimum 9 years of experience in SEO support roles
- Minimum 5 years of experience in people management
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and Java Script
- Experience with CMS tools such as AEM, WordPress, HubSpot, and Joomla
- Strong experience with SEO and content audit tools like Google Search Console, Conductor, MarketMuse, Screaming Frog, Content King, Ahrefs, and SEMrush
- Strong experience in website analytics tools like Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Strong knowledge of SEO related to content strategy development
- Strong understanding of digital channels and content
To qualify for this role, you must have a solid understanding of SEO best practices, digital content best practices, effective communication and stakeholder management skills, and demonstrated skills around unique marketing strategies.
Ideally, you will also have strong communication and influencing skills, project and time management ability, and marketing management orientation.
Technologies and tools you will work with include:
- SEO tools like Google Search Console, Conductor, MarketMuse, Screaming Frog, Content King, Ahrefs, and SEMrush
- Website analytics tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or other data mining tools
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and Java Script
