As an SEO & Digital Ads Specialist at our company, your primary responsibility will be to drive organic growth and manage paid acquisition strategies targeting a B2B tech audience. Your role will involve developing SEO strategies, managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns, optimizing landing pages, and tracking performance metrics to generate high-quality leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the SEO strategy, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and content briefs
- Manage Google Ads campaigns targeting India & US markets
- Run LinkedIn Ads for B2B lead generation, focusing on CTOs and tech leaders
- Optimize landing page performance to enhance conversions
- Track performance using tools such as GA4, Search Console, and paid dashboards
- Share monthly reports with clear pipeline attribution
Qualifications Required:
- 25 years of hands-on experience in SEO and/or paid advertising
- Demonstrated success in optimizing Google Ads campaigns
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Campaign Manager for B2B advertising
- Solid understanding of GA4 and Google Search Console
- Expertise in utilizing keyword research tools like Ahrefs and SEMrush
- Familiarity with the B2B buyer journey, particularly targeting CTOs and IT decision-makers
