As an experienced B2B SaaS SEO Content Writer, your role involves creating search-optimised, high-quality content that ranks well, attracts the right audience, and supports lead generation. Understanding how SEO, content strategy, and SaaS buying journeys intersect is crucial for success in this position. Your responsibilities go beyond writing blogs and include tasks such as researching, planning, and writing SEO-optimised content like long-form blogs, SaaS use-case articles, comparison pages, and thought-leadership content. You will also need to perform keyword research aligned with B2B SaaS search intent and create content targeting different stages of the buyer's journey. Collaborating with marketing, product, and SEO teams to align content with business goals is essential. Additionally, updating and refreshing existing content to enhance rankings and performance, analyzing content performance, and ensuring content maintains authority and accuracy are key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Research, plan, and write SEO-optimised content including long-form blogs, pillar pages, SaaS use-case articles, comparison and alternative pages, and educational content - Perform keyword research aligned with B2B SaaS search intent - Create content targeting awareness, consideration, and decision-stage keywords - Optimize content for on-page SEO, readability, and engagement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with business objectives - Update and refresh existing content to enhance rankings and performance - Analyze content performance using SEO and analytics tools and implement improvements - Ensure content maintains authority, accuracy, and trustworthiness expected from SaaS brands Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of hands-on SEO content writing experience in B2B SaaS or technology domains - Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, search intent, keyword mapping, and SaaS buyer journeys - Proven ability to write long-form, in-depth content that ranks on search engines - Excellent command of English with strong grammar, clarity, and structure - Experience writing for CXOs, founders, IT leaders, and business decision makers - Ability to simplify technical SaaS concepts into reader-friendly content - Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools - Knowledge of internal linking strategies and content clusters Good to Have: - Experience creating content for AI & ML Products, HR tech, Restaurants, or productivity SaaS - Understanding of conversion optimization for SEO landing pages - Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress or similar - Familiarity with AI-assisted SEO tools and content optimization platforms In addition to the specific responsibilities and qualifications, the company offers an opportunity to work on multiple B2B SaaS products, ownership of SEO-focused content with measurable impact, and a collaborative and fast-paced work environment.
