You will be experimental, data-driven, and work at the intersection of technical SEO, structured content, and AI search behavior to drive real impact. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies focusing on search intent, topical authority, and entity optimization. - Optimize websites for AI-driven search platforms including Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini. - Build and implement Answer Engine Optimization strategies to enhance featured snippet and zero-click visibility. - Strengthen Generative Engine Optimization efforts for improved brand citation and authority signals across LLM platforms. - Conduct technical SEO audits covering crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and site architecture. - Implement and manage schema markup such as FAQ, Article, Organization, Product, and Local Business schema. - Perform advanced keyword research aligned with informational, navigational, and commercial intent. - Design and execute topical cluster strategies to build long-term domain authority. - Monitor brand visibility across AI and traditional search platforms and identify visibility gaps. - Collaborate with content teams to structure content for AI readability, contextual clarity, and search performance. - Develop ethical backlink acquisition strategies focused on authority, relevance, and long-term trust. - Track KPIs including rankings, impressions, CTR, AI visibility mentions, organic leads, and conversions. - Create monthly SEO performance reports with clear insights and action plans. - Continuously test and adopt emerging SEO and AI visibility tools and workflows. Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. - 24 years of hands-on experience in SEO or digital growth roles, preferably in an agency environment. - Strong understanding of modern SEO including semantic search, entity optimization, and topical authority. - Experience optimizing content for featured snippets, AI-generated summaries, and zero-click results. - Proficiency with tools like Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar. - Strong knowledge of technical SEO including indexing, canonicalization, page speed, Core Web Vitals, and structured data. - Basic understanding of HTML, website architecture, and WordPress environments. - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy. - Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder coordination skills.
